Study Aids

While no substitute for class notes and assigned reading, study aids can be a helpful supplement when you struggle to understand a topic or when you want to test yourself. Unlike casebooks, study aids aim to explain the law to you, matter-of-factly; they also tend to include sample problems and multiple choice questions so that you can quiz your knowledge of legal concepts. Whether you are struggling to make sense of the rule against perpetuities, or you are looking to review how to form a contract before your final, study aids can smooth your path from confusion to understanding.
