My Next Move

My Next Move is a tool that uses information from O*NET, a free database that houses hundreds of occupational definitions. My Next Move’s main page allows users to search careers with key words, browse careers by industry, or take the O*NET Interest Profiler based on Holland’s 6 Personality Types.

The Strengths Finder assessment helps individuals identify their personal top five strengths out of 34 natural talent themes.
